“Life is precious… enjoy every moment.” My sister and I were both skinny and often sick little girls growing up, and were not diagnosed with cystic fibrosis until late in life. Unfortunately, my sister lost her battle with not only CF but also breast cancer the same year as our diagnosis. Now a wife, mother, and grandmother, I try to never take anything for granted; to always remember that life is precious and can change in an instant.
