“Impossible can be broken down into two words: I’m possible. Never forget that.” I keep a box called “Things I am Grateful For,” and each night before I sleep, I write down at least one thing to add to it. On December 31st each year, I open the box and read through all of the blessings in my life. I have always found that if you focus your attention on the positive and remain grateful, you will have a store of strength and purpose to help you through times of misfortune.
