Amanda Raiano, 26-years-old and living with cystic fibrosis, shares her experience of transitioning from pediatric care to adult care in the latest CF podcast. While her mom and dad were always on top of her care, she learned quickly that she needed to be responsible as well. She moved to the adult CF care clinic at 17 alongside her brother who was 21 at the time.

Today, Amanda is an RN at White Plains hospital, stays on top of her treatments, and is living a full life.
