In the first video of the CF Unmasked series, Bradley Poole opens up about his battle with cystic fibrosis and mental health. Growing up, he hid his CF from everyone but family and a few very close friends – often isolating himself from his peers. Now, 31, a fitness trainer, and happily married to his wife Stephanie, he is sharing how opening up about his condition changed his outlook on life and enabled him to deal with his mental health issues.
