“Decide that you want it more than you are afraid of it.” I grew up with the mentality that I do not have enough time – to live, to dream, and most importantly, to love. My disease has progressed quickly and I battle daily with the thought that I might not have enough time with my son and my family. My greatest fear is that CF will rob me of the love I have to give and the love I so urgently desire.
