In his latest podcast, Jerry sits down to discuss the various stages of living with cystic fibrosis and how to handle the transition: patients need to become independent and caregivers need to relinquish control. While this can be difficult, he believes it is imperative to living life fully with CF. 

The main points of transition during life with cystic fibrosis are: pediatric care to adult care, end stages of CF to transplant, and life after transplant. In order to be successful, Jerry believes that cystic fibrosis patients must feel empowered to take control of their health at every stage in life.
