“Don’t aspire to make a living. Aspire to make a difference.” To this day, I am amazed by the strength of my daughter while she was losing her battle to cystic fibrosis. Before she left us, Sharon called us – her entire family – to her bedside, where she hugged and kissed us goodbye, and told us she had found peace. Even after her passing, Sharon inspires me to keep going and to try to make a difference.
